Were you able to source a throttle, and if so, where?

Did you figure out/obtain the correct 11-32 freewheel for the 8-speed Moscow? If so, could you possibly give me the link to one that worked for you. Also how did you handle the tool requirement? Any guidance welcome.

This is just a wild-ass guess, but I belive the European versions don't support throttle so maybe you somehow got an EU Controller??
