I was taking off the fork as RPB instructed, and these four parts came off the top. Can someone help me put them back on properly? Thanks!

Mine shipped to NorCal as well, Silicon Valley. I watched it sit in the UPS warehouse in San Jose for over 48 hours.. Looks like the rim of the front tire was badly scratched as well..

Just got off the phone with support again. They are sending me out a new fork and some touch up paint when they get it in. Great support...just wish that I could build and then ride the bike out of the box!

Welp..another Rad Rover/UPS fail with delivery... - Damage on the box - I followed the UPS guy with the package on the trolley from his truck, to my front door. And he dropped the package flat on it's side, right on the hard concrete. Now, when I try and put on the front tire, it looks like...

Since our new 2016 RPB use a Bafang motor, is it possible to switch the King-Meter to a Bafang HMI? The DP C07 and C10 look awesome...

You're right. This is definitely more of a cruiser/moped bike if anything. In the video, you barely see anyone pedaling the bike..

Upgrading my fork will definitely be a later investment, but something that's in the back of my mind. I know that stock front fork isn't anything to write home about..

..if you mention Thudbuster and the fact that the bike doesn't have a place for a water bottle again, I'm going to go crazy!!!! Haha! ;)
