In my short time on this site i've noticed a large % of high end, esp. R&M ebikes in the for sale section and always wondered why? They lost interest? too much $$$ invested in a "bike"? Considering they are a small % of total market there sure are a lot for sale.

I took a look at my valve and it is non removable type, as of now I've been reluctant to just unscrew it with pliers. Am I Overly concerned?? Thanks

I've read some valves come off, others dont and to pinch tube under them stem so some part doesn't fall in???

I want to install HB end mirror, I have the ergonomic/paddle type grip which I like. If I install end mirror I have to cut the grip end? Will that cause help to rotate? Thanks

I wish there was some type of parts catalogue, we could look up P/N and see if they are same number all around. Yamaha usually does a good job with parts supply and ID. How does dealer order parts, there must be a microfiche (yeah, i'm showing my age)

You have white cables? Mine are black. Did you buy bike new, those are OEM?

I am wondering same thing? 2 inch rise would be nice, wondering if frame size has any relevance, e.g, the cables are all standard length but less excess on large frame. I have the large frame.

I'm a new owner of a cross core, when I transport bike I usually loosen bolt at top of stem and rotate bars, I loosened bolt all the way and bars still were solidly in place, I ended up loosening 2 bolts that hold bars to the stem but would like to know what problem may be? Thanks

I feel much like you do, so where do you put your assets to feel comfortable? That's what worries me.

I'm a pretty decent E.T. and I understand what you say but it would void the warranty. Does anyone know of a yamaha parts schematic? Could take a look and see about extensions avail. Must be available to dealers.

I was hoping to hear from someone that had actually tried to raise HB. Sorry to learn that. Would be nice if they made an extension type cable.

Hi Just picked up my first ebike, Yamaha Cross core. Looking to raise handlebar stem height, i'm used to old fashioned bike with binder type stem. Read the Yamaha manual, and it talks about moving spacers, Is there any adjustment on the stem? Looking to raise the height. thanks
