Video: Gary Fisher on Why eBikes are the Next Big Thing!

Ebikes are growing, but I wouldn’t say they are big yet. I would say that cars are the current big thing and ebikes have a long way to get close.

I haven’t tried it, but I believe that you won’t be able to interact with the hub and the gears won’t display.

Changing sprockets on a belt driven R&M

Glad to hear your feedback on this and I totally agree. One thing to note is that the Enviolo hub is most efficient in the center of its gear range and the loss happens most at its extremes. I would recommend when your at the extreme highest gear to back it off ever so slightly and that will be...

Changing sprockets on a belt driven R&M

In theory you can go up one tooth in the front and down one in the rear and keep the same belt. This is a good starting place to research, but unfortunately we can’t endorse any modification like this as it could have adverse effects to how the motor works and it could impact your warranty...

Rear carrier swap for pannier on 2020 Delite/Superdelite

It’s not easily swapped at the moment since the parts aren’t available as aftermarket. You would need to rewire the light, swap the fender and the rack. I’m hoping this will be a parts kit available soon as I know many will want this option and we want this option for our inventory. I imagine it...

    RX Connect in the US?

Sure, I recommend Velosurance. Some homeowners might add your ebike, but most have an exclusion for anything with a motor. Most people don’t know that and if you’re unsure get it in writing. I wouldn’t trust what someone says over the phone. I believe State Farm also has a bike specific...

    Tern front suspension....

Technically you should have it serviced, but if the performance isn't suffering I would keep on rolling. The big issue is that over time the oil can degrade and get dirty and ultimately the seals can be impacted. Usually, the service includes swapping the oil and replacing the seals. If you're...

    RX Connect in the US?

Great feedback for sure. Most of our customers get good locks and insurance. The RX isn’t offering too much more in the security department, frankly the whole GPS tracking thing in the US is really tricky due to the way the laws work here. From our experience most law enforcement are not...
