    Cannondale Topstone Gravel Ebike

I also have a Ritchey handle bar on mine (WCS Venturemax) and I'm running the same tires as you. I've also waxed my chain (Silca). I also changed out my stock aluminum wheels for a carbon set (Yoeleo). Even after 4.5 years I'm really happy with my Lefty Love the yellow seat and handlebar tape...

    WW Still In Business?

The sh*t show, better known as Watt Wagons, has finally come to and end. Good!

    Hi

GeraldS1, just curious, how cold is it in Germany during the winter? I live on Vancouver Island, on the west coast of Canada and we're pretty well the only place in Canada that doesn't presently have snow. I'm able to ride all year long, until the temps drop below 2 degrees C. Below that, I...

Kindernay VII IGH and HYSEQ Onesie shifter

It was making a hell of a racket on the next to last couple of rides-enough that other riders in my riding group commented on the noise. Interestingly, on the next ride, after washing the bike, the diff didn't make nowhere near as much noise. No idea why.

Kindernay VII IGH and HYSEQ Onesie shifter

I think that eventually every Kindernay hub will leak and that's probably the reason they went out of business-they could solve the leaking problem.

Kindernay VII IGH and HYSEQ Onesie shifter

It's been at least six months since my last drain/re-full, but I didn't think the fluid was low because I've only ridden the bike a handful of times since the re-fill and I haven't noticed any leaking. After the first hub leaking problem I check after every ride. Something to think about...

Kindernay VII IGH and HYSEQ Onesie shifter

I don't know if it's my imagination or that my Kindernay hub is getting progressively noisier. Here's a video-does the hub sound noisy, or normal? The hub has less than a 1000 miles on it and the oil was recently changed. No oil leak. This is my second hub. The first one was replaced under...

    Shock Stop Seatpost Finally Here

I have a Redshift suspension stem on my Giant Defy and I really like it. I'd love to also add a Redshift suspension seat post, but my bike has a 'D' shaped seat post (thanks Giant), so the Redshift seat post won't fit.

    Smallest/lightest mid drive conversion motors?

Is your wife's bike carbon, or aluminum/steel?

Installed a Rohloff Speedhub 14, IGH on my mid-drive Luna Z1 Ultra Mag

I have two WW bikes with the 2300W X1 controller and I also only ride in the eco mode. Every once in the while I'll go up to a power level in sport mode, but for the most part I ride in the lower power ranges. If I had it to do again I would have stayed with the stock Ultra and not ordered the...

    Skarper conversion kit is interesting.

The Skarper motor cuts out at 15 mph (per European regs). This would be a deal-breaker for me, even if the price was a lot lower.

Undertaking legal actions against Watt Wagons

I can't believe that WW's website is still up. If I'm not mistaken, WW folded up over a year ago. Note to the founders: the website shows that the Helios is coming. 😂🤣😆

Hydra screen cable severed from control pad. What now?

Without seeing the rubbing I'm going to guess it's either the rim is bent or the tire casing has failed, casing it to bulge in one spot.

Hydra screen cable severed from control pad. What now?

Did the wheel always rub, or is it a recent problem? If it's recent I wonder if the rim is bent. I also have a Hydra, with a Kindernay hub.

DJI vs Bosch vs Pinion: Unbelievable Difference!!

I agree with fooferdoggie-proper gearing is very important when doing steep climbs. Also remember that Bosch motors need to spin to produce peak power. This probably holds true for all mid electric motors.

Bafang M620 Ultra motor broken? Low torque problem. Best retailer for US?

The only thing I'd add is buy an extra gasket, because sh*t happens. ;)
