So far i’ve upgraded to a 30 amp KT controller and lcd8h, recently wired up a dual battery setup, added my panniers back plus a few other hop ups and comfort items. Next is 3” tyres when the current 4” wear out.

Walk mode non functional throttle works fine, PAS did not work so i disconnected it. Will try the p2 setting again but previously it didnt change anything. Thanks

This is my problem too on LCD8H 30 amp controller

KT 30 A sinewave controller and Bafang G062 1000W Hub motor. I cant connect the motor cable to controller connector when the arrows line up (as it should line up both ways). So i have the motor connector plugged into controller and the arrows are about 5mm apart. Motor runs and display powers up...

This setup required a new throttle same PAS sensor. No walk mode either.

Bought the topic heading setup to replace a 25amp/500c bafang hub setup. No amount of setting changes works. Battery bar indicator always shows no bars. Voltage level reads correctly for 3 different 48v batteries i use. Controller does not power up the hub motor but the display functions fine...

Indeed you are correct when i removed them the axle had moved ever so slightly so these will get replaced. I have ordered a set from the link you provided much appreciated.🚲

Awesome the F1000 controller cover does not look easy to remove. One of my brake sensors played up and stops the whole bike so i just disconnected it. Got a replacement. under warranty but ended up fitting a Shimano unit instead which is a simple bolt on replacement.
