You only have to calibrate the controller IF you want to use more current. I think the stock controller can be set to 30, or 35 amps. You might need the programming cable and the software to make those changes though. Changing the battery, alone, will only increase your range.

Sometimes you can only access the setting within the first 5-10 seconds of powering up the display. After that time, you can not get into the settings and must power cycle the bike. And yes! The manufacturer CAN lock the user from accessing the settings.

You can probably use AI to create a (java/python/etc) script to do the batch editing. I’ve used scripts, for other file types, that do similar things, but I’m not much of a coder and have a full time job with kids. So not much spare time either. Lol
