What are the load ratings of these 20" x 3" bicycle tires? It looks like the Lectric XPedition can carry 400+ pounds on the back tire. The moped tires that size aren't rated for that high a load.

My 500 ST came with 160mm disks. I tried some cheap 180mm disks. It pulsated badly on the front so I switched back to the 160. The back worked fine and now has easy access to the adjuster.

Ride1Up use the % based controllers. You can select 3, 5, 7, or 9 levels. Each level is programmable in % from 100 down to 0 I think. I use 5 settings from 8% to 50% on my model 500. The throttle is 100% of the max amps setting which I lowered a little from the default.

Im just east of you and my town is littered with teal colored bike share bikes. Many are electric.

The biggest downside is you can not order a new Ride1Up bike with an upgraded battery. It seems they have an excess of 13Ah batteries to get through.

I got my Ride1Up 500 ST in April 2021. The battery is dated 2020/10/25.

Answering my own question: at least 3 amps for the 13Ah battery. It went from 47.3V to 53.4V in 1:45 time.

What is the maximum charge rate for the 500's 13Ah battery? I would also like to know the maximum charge rate for the optional 16.7Ah and the 17.5Ah batteries. I need to charge the battery fast. Here are examples of 3A and 4A chargers...
