easy, by hand...i just bent my sports guard in the same position as the my wifes flow.....

has anyone had problems with a clicking noise on the front wheel area...when using the trhottle, there was a loud snap or clinic that seemed to come from the front wheel...the noise was consistent and rhythmic

based on Taylor 57 suggestion, i also went with different handlebars...the only suggestion i would make is when you switch the hardware onto the new handlebar, be very careful as not to lose any small washers, nuts or screws...it quite a hassle to try to find them on the garage floor...

i like the quick release pedals...little further out from bike and can take off when you park the bike...for security reasons...
