New Como 5.0 Rock Shock fork not working

I agree with a reasonable time frame in responding to the issue should take place. Also, I think it is extremely important to test ride a bike prior to cash exchange and make sure everything is working. Ever since Covid parts replacement has been a big issue as well as service. You have to light...

    Karens on bikes

Regardless if it was a bad mannered mom or a house staking visit, you have to be on the ball at all times. We live a bit out in the country (10 mins out of town). If someones shows up on our property uninvited, it's probably not a good thing.

    E bike for wifey.

My wife took some talking into a couple of years ago to get an ebike. Once she test rode a Como 3, it was a done deal. Is was all about comfort and ease of riding while in the sitting position (upright).

Turbo vado 2022 3.0 new or 4.0 demo?

So here in the states I have never seen a demo bike with that much milage. More like 40 to 50km. 400km sound like a used bike versus a demo. I would push for a larger discount.

XP Lite and front fork suspension?

I used to have a Rad Rover with a heavy suspension fork. I actually replaced the suspension fork with a solid fork. Having fat tires, I lowered the air pressure a bit and had no need for a heavier front suspension fork. The XP 1.0 appears to have 4 inch tires. Have you played around with...

    First ebike Turbo Vado

I recently sold my Turbo Levo Comp and went the Vado route as well. Really wasn't using the Levo that much accept for when we were in Colorado. To your point, the Levo wasn't the best option for paved roads, chip seal, dirt roads and easy trails. Also, the Levo was a Class I . I think you'll be...

New Como 5.0 Rock Shock fork not working

Unfortunately this is the way the new world works. Sad but true. Great service has gone by the waste side, for the most part. I find in these situations that you basically have to manage it and consistently push things thru. Hope you get your fork back soon.

Stephan: You bring up a good point. Riding vs fitness riding. Either is fine depending what your needs and wants are. With that being said, I think a lot of folks (especially new riders) are under the impression that all e-bikes are fitness driven. For me, I started out with a Rad Rover, a...

Should I convert my mtb or buy a pre-made one?

I guess its how you define mountain biking. I have owned both a Rocky Mountain Altitude and most recently a Specialized Turbo Levo Comp have also owned cheaper MTB's and the cheaper ones consistently broke. I ended up replacing forks, detailers, wheels, etc. I'm not a fan of hub drive motors...
