I believe the company says two years. I just removed a slimed tube the other day that was over two years old. Some slime oozed out when I removed the valve stem. It looked the same as when I put it in.

Do you store the bike in a warm place? I don't ride in winter but if the bike were stored in sub freezing the thumping would make sense. If stored somewhere warm then I would assume just riding the bike would keep it from freezing no matter how cold.

Interesting. Mine had no peel&stick. Actually the first video I watched on installation the guy didn't even remove the wheels from the bike. He just removed one side off the rim and then worked the liner into the wheel on top of the tube. On 20" tires they just doubled the thickness.

Did you check customer service for their input? It might effect your warranty. Maybe add a suspension seat post and/or a different saddle?

One thought would be to not buy an ebike with a battery integrated into the frame.

How would that help if they don't have the part?
