Hi, I'm going to install PearTune on my 2022 Vado 5.0 IGH. Does anyone know if I should turn the wrench counterclockwise or clockwise to remove the left-hand side crank arm? I've found conflicting information about this. Sorry for the dumb question!

I've got a Vado 5.0 IGH and it's amazing on our hills in Vancouver. I would strongly recommend it over the 4.0. The belt drive and IGH are game changers, greasy dirty chains and dreauillers suck!

I think most companies release models in two year cycles. Since there were new models introduced for 2022, I think there probably will not be any major changes for 2023 - maybe different colors?

Thanks! So far I've only noticed the rubbing after a commute in the rain. So far, it's stopped once the bike dries and/or warms up. I'm going to keep an eye on it though

Yep, it's kinda ridiculous. I didn't similar thing tomyou, except I used a white paint pen to make a small dot on the top of the plug. That way I can easily insert it properly each time. What a bad design...

I was able to attach the pannier just fine without doing the 90 degree thing, the problem is that the bottom bracket couldn't tighten properly (because the rack is too big), so it would loosen and come off. I tried dozens and dozens of times to move the bottom bracket into different positions...

I thought updates were done by the user via the app too, but my app is currently telling me there is a firmware update and I need to bring it to the dealer to have them do it.

No way. You can't even find these bikes in stores really. I had to wait about 9 months for a store to get  one in inventory here in Vancouver, which I purchased the day they got it.
