Use a multimeter to measure as you know te 9V cables I can't help more as I own a ST2 Maybe a wellwilling ST1 rider will help you for the pinout.

You don't need the kit just use a cardboard to measure your sitbone width There are some youtubes about this

Mine broke, the magnet retired, got a new in warranty but had to turn the charging port as the polarity from the new cap was not the same as befor????? This mean that Stromer not always mount the magnet from the cap or the direction of the charger port the same way????
