Just called trek home office they wouldn't say what the problem was. But then called local trek store and the problem is the bolt for the front fender should be 25 mm that's the big fix

I have the horn and i thinks it's great and yes it chirps all the time but no big deal. and you can buy the same horn on line for $25 with no alarm and get it faster then juiced both are shipped from china.
