The specs sure look better on the Aventon. What’s the weight rating of it. The Trek is rated at 300 pounds, including the bike, you’d be about 25 pounds over on that. To me the aTrek looks like it’s meant to be a bare bones bike.

I’m also glad to see your riding. When I ride into the wind I often don’t hear vehicles approaching. You just have to keep an eye on the mirror. On a side note I have a co worker whose son had a similar thing happen but only in one ear. Rather sudden hearing loss an no explanation. Good luck!

I’ve been riding with my wife the last couple of weeks, 10 to 16 miles at a time. I need to find something to take a picture of there just isn’t much to see lately. The weather has been unusually warm for late winter a hit 75 f today.

I’ve been away for a while, mainly because winter was here. We had quite a bit of snow and icy roads buts it’s mostly gone now. 58 degrees here today so I rode an easy 10 miles.

We have a single Alibi camera. It works well and you can look at the current view and the past.

Moab Utah hands down. They have some nice paved trails, one short one that is a few miles long that runs along the Colorado River along the cliffs and another longer one that runs north out of town. If you like riding on gravel there are miles of trails.

I rode 19 miles today and found another barn. I think this one is actually a corn crib.

It’s a nut and a bolt, maybe a wire needs to be disconnected.

I rode 15 miles today, a very nice fall day. I found a barn I had yet to photograph and a picture of the new performing arts center at the campus of WIU. The steel is going up.

Like Mr. Coffee my backside wears out first. I can pretty easily get 50 miles of range and the farthest I’ve ridden is 40.
