How fast is my Vado 3.0 suppose to go?

I’m still on the 40t, how is the feel different? Is it just more power/effort?

How fast is my Vado 3.0 suppose to go?

I bought my Vado 3.0 at Landry’s in Massachusetts. The display was set for km but it always hit 28 mph. I was able to change the setting for km/mph myself. I agree with the above comments that the bike is not really optimized for 28 mph, and I wore out the chain and sprocket at 1100 miles.

    Turbo Vado - Tyre blowout

I got a slow puncture at around 500 miles. One of my coworkers has the Schwalbe Marathon Plus and he says he hasn't had a flat in 4 years. I'm going to go for it in the near future, I just don't want to deal with flats. The largest I am seeing is 700c x 45, will that work?

    Turbo Vado 3.0 control pad

I’ve had the bike back for a week now. The wiring harness was completely replaced and the base for the Bloks computer was also replaced. The base is different than the original, there used to be 3 gold contacts on the right and 2 on the left. Now there are 3 on the right and 1 on the left. The...

    Turbo Vado 3.0 control pad

Heard back from the LBS today. Specialized is sending out a replacement of the controller, wiring, and computer. Should hopefully have it back by the end of the week. I noticed that the wiring on mine was very tight in the front and that on the current floor model there is much more slack than...

    Turbo Vado 3.0 control pad

It’ll be a few days until I can bring it in. I’ll be sure to let everyone know the outcome. Sadly the first time it happened, the bike shop didn’t fix it, it fixed itself, so I suspect this is going to take a long time to deal with.

    Turbo Vado 3.0 control pad

I can only run in sport mode (the default when it turns on). That the display continues to work and none of the buttons do, makes me think the problem is in the controller and not the display or contacts.

Vado 2.0 Turn battery on but Control panel does not come on...

I can’t offer any help, but I’m having a similar issue with my Vado 3.0 where the display is active but it doesn’t respond to the controller. Did your bikes get wet by chance? My problem cropped up both times after biking in the rain.

    Turbo Vado 3.0 control pad

I’m having an annoying issue with my Vado 3.0. Twice now I’ve had a problem where the control display turns on, and it accurately displays the speed, battery level, and current trip odometer, but it doesn’t respond to the controller. Both times it’s happened to me has been after riding in the...

Vado 3.0: Worn out cassette after 450 miles

following this thread. I just brought my new Turbo Vado 3.0 back to the LBS for a tuneup after 3 weeks and 260 miles of fairly hilly commuting because it was skipping out of high gear. All seems good now and they didn’t comment on anything unusual with it. I love riding it and it has...
