hi everything lights up as normal and all settings seem to be ok - apart from it doesn't give me any assistance, doesn't even try to. not seen a walk mode on the bike - it doesn't help me when pushing it along anyway - which I would think is the walk mode. ill try the link.

Hi not sure what this is I do have a bolt on the back wheel which passes by a sensor which goes into the crank - I guess this is what you mean? but the distance between the bolt and the sensor is more like 5-10mm
