I finally got around to getting back to seeing if I can fix this eBike.
The total voltage from the battery is 32 volts.
voltage breakdown between pins:
1-2(black/brown)=3.1V
3-4(orange/yellow)=3.2V
5-6(green/blue)=3.2V
7-8(purple/gray)=3.2V
9-10(white/light brown)=3.2V...
The bike does not turn on. A neighbor gave it to me so I have nothing to lose if it doesn't work :).
The voltage on the batteries(black/red wires) without the BMS is ~40V. But there is no voltage through the BMS. Can you bypass the BMS and run straight voltage?
I have a eflow nitro that has a bad battery management system. I would like to either
1) Buy a BMS replacement for the bike
2) find a way to replace the minimum number of parts to get this to work
Any ideas?
