Battery extender (new, legit) on eBay at a discount

See, to me a "battery extendor" is a new, larger capacity battery OR a 2nd, back up battery. Cant think of any currently known technology that would allow more amp hours to be sucked from a battery than the battery can hold. But maybe Im behind the times??

Battery extender (new, legit) on eBay at a discount

What exactly is a "battery extender" and what are the physics behind its function? Sounds a bit fishy to me but Ill keep an open mind until I hear details. Also kind of hard to believe that someone would spend over $400 just to make sure a product is "legit" but hey! He'd have to have way more...

Budget E-Bike list of Full Suspension, Integrated Batteries 900-2000$

Im pretty sure I know where youre coming from and must agree with much of what youve written here. You and your wife arent die-hard, rough riding ebike users. You just want a bike for your wife that will be comfortable and allow her to get out and have pleasent rides with you. Youve correctly...

Anyone want to discuss solar/ebike applications?

Hi Tia. My stand alone solar charging station isnt very complicated. I simply connect two 24v, 60watt solar panels together in series to form a 48v, 120watt array. Then connect that array to a cheap, mppt solar charge controller and the controller to my bikes 48v battery pack to charge it. If...

Anyone want to discuss solar/ebike applications?

I operate entirely on solar power. I charge my ebikes from my solar power system. Ive also made a sepparate solar charging station for my ebikes. Am considering attaching a smaller solar panel directly to my larger ebike along with a boost charge controller to maintain a couple amp input...

    Ebiker in Maine

One of the benefits I enjoy from using an Ebike as my primary mode of transportation is completely free "fuel". All of my household electrical needs are met using solar power. So I put my bike on the charger every day when Im done riding and have Alexa prescheduled to turn the charger on at...

    Help for Aniioki AQ177

One final thought on your speed issue; Im pretty sure that just upgrading to Aniioki's 56v battery will give you a bit more speed, assuming the 48v motor/conroller set up in your AQ177 can tolerate the extra voltage. Youd have to look into that. Even so, a new 56v battery goes for over $1000 on...

60Ah ANIIOKI AQ177 Pro Max Specs & Upgrade Ideas

Im not sure about a UL rating but the batteries for the Aniioki AQ177 bikes are supposed to be grade A, EV level quality as opposed to a conglomeration of 18650 cells. Not that theres anything wrong with 18650 style battery packs. I have a 20ah version that is still working well after 5yrs. I...

    Help for Aniioki AQ177

As far as the screen goes, Aniioki sells a full color screen that is easier to see in full sunlight but you gotta pay extra for it. Otherwise, i guess you could make a shrowd to shade your current display from the sun.

    Help for Aniioki AQ177

If you got the 1000watt, 48volt version of AQ177 pro max then your speed of approx 28 to 30 mph is pretty much the max. Im no expert, but from what I understand, the wrappings of the 48v motor dictate the max RPMS(and thus speed) that such a motor can make a bike go. You want a faster bike...

    Ebiker in Maine

I built an Ebike from a rear wheel kit back over 5 years ago. It used(still uses!) a 300 watt 36v motor. At the time I purchased a 20ah battery pack for it(which still works fine) and later used four 36v 7.5ah scooter packs that I got cheap from Ebay to make two, 36v 15ah packs for it. That bike...
