Looking on Juices site the ccs/ccx only come in med/l/xl sizes, no small size. Just order the med ccx like your med ccs size[?].

Schwalbe Marathon plus tires have good reviews on flat protection and 1000's of miles for wear. I hate flats and if that means $50 per tire I'm all for it. Especially on the rear. I don't see that charger as an option to buy on the Juiced website. How did you order it? Seems they only have 48v batts in stock. Where are you seeing these products to order them?
