    Alt Water Bottle Holder

I use a Relevate Designs Feedbag for my handlebar water bottle. It works great, holds the bottle securely and it easy to open and close with just one hand. https://www.rei.com/product/115540/revelate-designs-mountain-feedbag-handlebar-bag

    Quick-E+

is there a way to tilt the Ortlieb hanger (not sure what else to call it) that attaches to your rack (possibly without the MIK deck) so that the bag angles up, away from the ground, like this or maybe even a more extreme angle? This might put the bag just out of heel strike range.

    Quick-E+

@2019QuickE - I was going back through some of the forums and I read that you can bolt the MIK deck on 2 ways which allows some forward/aft movement. Maybe bolting it on the other direction will help give you room to push your bag back. That might be your easiest solution. @Alan111S was the...

    Quick-E+

@2019QuickE - I'm thinking that you will get some extra height with the Metro E Rack. I was surprised at how high the deck is when I replaced my 2018 stock rack. You would have to hang your bag on the top of the rack instead of the lower pannier bar but it might work if you only need an inch...

Car carrier advice for Explore E+ 1

I really like my hitch mount Saris Super clamp EX 2. It is really light for taking on and off the car. It will hold bikes with and without fenders. It has the wheel straps if you have a rear fender so you don't have to tighten the rear clamp down but it still holds the bike securely. the...

    Quick-E+

I had a pair of ortlieb panniers that fit just fine on the stock rack that came on the 2018 Quick E ( the low one without the flat top.) I had no problem with the original rack at all.

    Electric Bike Lights

The IQ-X E does come with a long length of wire but no connector. The axa light does have a connector on the end that connects to the wire from the bike. I just cut the wire between the connector and the light. Other people have said they added the IQ-X E as a second light without having to cut...

    Electric Bike Lights

I replaced the Axa Blueline 30 with the B&M IQ-X E and have been really happy with the new light. It was pretty much plug & play... I pulled the excess wire out of the downtube and then cut it about half way (left the quick connect still installed),then soldered the wires together and finally...

Firmware update and RideControl issues for Quick E+ 2018

I have the same bike and don't have much luck with the app so far. The app isn't supposed to work with the 2018's according to Giant but it will find my bike. Anytime I've tried to use it to make changes though it has caused my computer to freeze to the point that I need to pull the (bike)...

Lost my charger and want some advice.

Seattle Electric Bike is the company and they have 3 stores in the area. North Seattle, Bothell & Bellingham. Great company, they know a lot and more importantly they are willing to go the extra mile to get the information that you need. They've always been super helpful...

Lost my charger and want some advice.

@Mtl_Biker I'm glad you found one. I needed to have a second one at work as my battery wont quite make it through my commute. Sounds like you may have found a good shop to stick with. I know when I was buying my ebike, I checked out a lot of shops hoping to find one where they were...

Lost my charger and want some advice.

I would have bought the Cycle Satiator as my second if it hadn't been more expensive than a giant one here in the US. It looks like a great, reliable charger.

Lost my charger and want some advice.

@Mtl_Biker Be aware that the last 20% of the battery won't last near as long as it tells you that it will. I learned the hard way. 20% told me I had about 16 miles remaining, I needed 8 so I figured I would be fine... I got about 4 in ECO mode and then a long slow (mostly uphill) ride back to...

    2019 Road-E+ (S) | Water cage mount

No source here either unfortunately. I lean the same way & want to touch/ feel the equipment i'm buying or at least know it is an easy return process. The Topeak bag had the best look to be of all the bags. It is well designed, water resistant and not too big. I'm not a big fan of the Basil...

    2019 Road-E+ (S) | Water cage mount

Sounds like your bike will come with a MIK rack already! Nice! This looks like the MIK deck is already part of your rack. Unfortunately the MIK system is only compatible with itself, from what I can see. With the Topeak bags I would recommend buying a velcro version (Topeak Trunkbag...

    2019 Road-E+ (S) | Water cage mount

Without drilling you could velcro the bag to the rack & put the adapter in the bag until you got home to drill & attach everything. The trunk bag is made to attach to regular racks with the velcro. Are you familiar with the rail mounted trunk racks, how the bag attaches to the rack by sliding...

Anyone here have a 2019 Explore E+ 1 GTS with SMALL frame size?

I ended up using a Bar fly to mount my Evo display out a bit further so I could fit my quad lock (with iphone 8) on my stem. Otherwise it wouldn't have fit. fit There is more info on the specifics for mouting the Evo in the Quick E forum...

    2019 Road-E+ (S) | Water cage mount

Do you plan to put a rack on your bike? I know under my cage mount there is a small bit room for a saddle bag too. Or you could try a small frame bag (small triangle or even a long rectangle under the top bar) for all the goodies and put your water behind the seat. I have found that I really...
