Your 7A cable will do just fine. Charger is rated at 2A input. You could push 5A more thru it.

I agree and im replacing XP controller with Kuteng 500w controler. New controller will increase speed by 2 maybe 3mph but im not going for extra speed because 28mph is more then good for me on this bike. Sine wave controllers are more stable, high efficiency, and have low current consumption...

Yes sir , still with old controller because shipping from China is hit or miss. I put the vinyl on my bike for the same reason and I still have to do the front fork. Vinyl or not bike is still an attention magnet.

8.9 miles on bike LCD = 11.68 miles on GPS. Average speed - 4.5mph LCD and 11mph GPS. If you not moving bike LCD timer still runs and adds that time to measure avg.speed. Max speed lcd 27.5mph and 28mph GPS. Very close but not perfect. Between 10 20 mph , lcd shows lower speeds by 2-3mph then...

    1. Close the latch 2. Push forward and keep it in forward position (pic1) 3. Holding it in forward position turn the screw in (pic2) till it hits the latch. 4. Back the screw 1/2 to 3/4 turn and that should fix the problem. I would use loctite blue so you dont have to fo it again .

I think you are correct. It looks like the motor is capable to do much more. XP controller is limited at 18A max and with full battery at 54.6v it can generate 983watts. IMO 25A controller will work on flat roads but on long uphill roads you will burn the motor.

Took me 10 mins. to replace the freewheel. Somehow I didn't have problems to put the wheel back. It was tight but not hard.

It will do nothing to range or it will be minimal gain. Its 11-28T so smaller then original and I got it to not run out of cranking power at higher speeds.

There are no LiPo batteries in our bikes. LiPo batteries are used mostly in RC applications. Discharge rate is too high to use them for ebike application. Ebike battery packs are mostly build with Lion cylindrical cells.

I think they used the cheapest LG battery cells and that's why you see so much battery sag. Looking at the battery it looks like 13s4p configuration. Leaves one cell they could use . LG M26 2600mAh which is good for low amp applications , under 10A. 4 batteries in parallel will get 40A max...

Order #4008 arrived yesterday. Controller locked. Paint chipping off next to folding latch with ugly bend like someone hit it with hammer. Rest of the bike looks good except the screen which I think is ugly. Break pads were touching the rotors so I had to make little adjustment and they are...

I agree. Too many parts to list them all but they should put spec sheet for important ones like battery , motor or controller. We know battery is LG but we don't know which LG cells were used. We know nothing about motor and I would like to know what's the gear ratio or how much torque it has.
