I've been running Schwalbe Almotion tires on my Turbo and I've been quite happy. You can check out some reviews on these forums. They are apparently tubeless ready, but I've been running with tubes since my wheels apparently don't support tubeless (according to Specialized).

You are going to be putting on a ton of miles (awesome!), so are you really sure you want a mid-drive?

@soram thanks for the update! I'm curious whether you are seeing power numbers that are roughly comparable to those you see on your regular bike. I feel like I'm working hard on the Turbo but I'm never sure (and there are no power numbers available for the hub-drive Turbos).
