Going thru similar noise issues on my 500 ST that I received a week ago. Still no fix yet but working on it.

Trying to clear up some information. Are the serial numbers on the headtube or downtube or both for the 2021 500 ST models?

Just last week my charger less than 6 months old started flashing red,green,red,green when charging. Had another charger just like it worked fine. In my situation it was the charger that went bad.
