Nice they are sending out proper chargers out to you. The one you have listed wouldn't have worked. Tune the bikes and you'll be happy with them.

That's really frustrating and they should really disclose what year a bike you are receiving. Guess they have plenty in stock. Who wants to pay a new price for a 1 year old ebike? I know I don't and wouldn't do it with a new car.

I received my Ride1Up 500 ST October 2021. But when I looked at the label on the battery it reads Mfg. date 20201122. Am I reading this wrong? Does this mean the Battery was Mfg in 2020? Shouldn't I have received a 2021 battery? Thanks everyone.

A Electric bike should seen and not heard and for me that is unacceptable. I have a similar issue but a different brand ebike. Do you know who makes the HUB Motor?

I agree with others, drivers don't realize how fast you are coming when they see a bicycle. I have had so many of those close calls. Stay safe.

Anyone having an issue trying to adjust the rear brake pad near HUB motor? Using stubby and low profile wrenches wont fit. Being advised to buy a grinder by CS to grind down the hex wrench even more. You should be able to make adjustments with caliper in place without removing completely...

That noise is not normal and anyone telling you that has lost their mind. Sounds to me that the motor and controller are singing into the frame. I'm curious if you know what brand of controller you have?

Update: It has been daily since receiving the bike that something needs adjusted or repaired. Currently have 45 miles on the bike. This is my first ebike that requires so much work to get going and this is defiantly not for amateurs. I blame a lot on the delivery companies how they handled the...

I also inquired about that with other questions. Like what brand is the HUB motor? Also any parts proprietary to the ebikes. And are parts in stock for any future maintenance or repairs? They responded but not with answers to my questions. I didn't buy the bike.

Update: R1U has stated they have sent me the hardware for the rear rack. I have had numerous issues with the bike including HUB motor whine and pulsing noise that rattles through the frame to the front headset and CS has been great always responded everyday trying to give me ideas to check and...
