I think you are looking at the part number. In your screenshot, your Bosch part numbers start with 02750 and the serial number field is blank. Once you have your bike the easiest way to find the SN is by clicking on each component in the My eBike section of the eBike Connect app.

For my batteries, the first 5 digits of the SN are the mfg date. 14028 xxxx xx xx This battery was made on 28 April 2021 Hope you enjoy the bike!
