It sounds like the Battery is shot. It could be a bad bms or it could be 1 or 2 cells unbalanced so bad that the bms cuts off.

I bought a set of these. They are super thick, thick treads, and roll very smoother. I gained some speed when I put these on. I Aldo run Military Grade innertubes with 3mm thickness at the tire tread side. They are super nice. I like how they look and there quiet.
