I bought a lightly used Stromer and couldn't be happier. My recommendation to new buyers is to seriously consider the used market. You can get a bike less than a year old at half price. Just have to be patient and wait for the right deal.

Currently have Stromer ST2S, bought it used, love it. Would like to also get HPC Revolution - PAS and throttle, 6000w, huge range, very capable off road, but can be used on road too, 50 mph. BUT, $12k+ - ouch. I know I can get a motorcycle for this price, but I think I can actually get away...

I bet we Stromer owners would have jumped on option to upgrade to Omni C for mid 300 bucks when we purchased a few years ago. Frankly doesn't seem that much in relation to the cost of the bike. I found out about this issue a few weeks ago from my local shop and immediately purchased the Omni...

Thanks, agree with your thoughts. My commute is 58 miles round-trip, and there is a 4 mile isolated stretch each way that I could go faster than 28mph. Fastest I've done the commute is just under 22mph avg. and that was about 80 minutes. Agree that buying a new faster bike to save 5 - 10...

My bike is currently under warranty, but agree this would be an option to consider when the warranty runs off.
