I got to ride the Kemen SUV 30. Fun and easy to ride, & shift. The short ride turned into a couple of hours. It weighed 52 lbs. The dealer said the Urrun would be available in March, have the EP6 motor, and weigh a little less. Unfortunately it seems the battery will NOT be removeable.

I'm surprised that the battery seems not to be removeable. In a cold climate and to make it easier to transport, a removeable battery would be needed.

So there are many ways to define light, kilos/lbs, easy rolling, light pedaling, coefficient of drag, ... For me, it means not needing to install a hitch and buying a 40-50 lb rack hanging on the back of the car. I meet folks to ride with occasionally and don't want that back there on an EV. So...

I think this is a relatively light bike. I contacted Oreba and they said it weighed less than 50 lbs. The EBR reviews aree so good to include bike weights. Definitely seems to be at a good price considering the components.I don't know why so few of Oreba's ebikes have been reviewed here. Maybe...

So has anyone actually put 2" tires of any brand on the DEW-E DL? or 1.95" even? Do the fenders get in the way?

The lighter weight to price ratios have me focused on Kona for riding mostly gravel paths and country roads, but also asphalt. My current Trek 6000 with 26x1.95 tires, Michelin 559s get thrown around a lot on the graveled paths, so I'm thinking the DEW-E DL would need wider tires. The wash board...
