    The mounting position is fully adjustable fore and aft by several inches. I wear a size 45 shoe and my heels miss my Tailwind panniers by a mile.

    If you have the stock Spec saddle, look into a SQ Labs saddle. They are “custom fit” to your body. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

    You can pretty much set the innerbarends wherever you have space. I placed mine against the grips so I can easily operate the brakes while on the innerbarends. Sorry this is the only photo I have at the moment.

    Although “uglier” the Redshift provides 35cm of travel vs. 20cm for the Ergon. Of course the Ergon is half the weight.

    One thing to note about the step-through Vado 4.0 SL is that even with the shorter 280mm Redshift seatpost the post cannot be cut down. My wife is 5’5” and the Redshift 280mm seatpost is still too high for her in it’s lowest position on a M frame.
