    Death Wobble Anyone?

My Aurora will wobble if I completely let go of the handlebar. I believe it is a step-thru weight distribution issue. So I just don’t let go with both hands. ;)

    Uneven Tire Wear

Is the wheel running crooked? Lift the back of the bike and see if it is truly vertical. Then check the position of the wheel in the frame. The axle should be in the same place on both sides. If the wheel was installed wrong it should be covered under warranty.

    Front-Wheel Hub Kit?

I have been riding with a front hub kit for three years, and love it. The motor is 8fun (Bafang) and the company is in Utah. For a front mounted motor it’s a good idea to also install a torque arm in case the axle nuts loosen up. Based upon my experience with Leed, and the kit, I recommend them...

    Enviolo NuVinci CVP Hub Overview

Yes, definitely under load while going uphill. Yet on level ground and under load it shifts easily. The thing is, if you stop pedaling uphill , even briefly, the heavy bike slows considerably.

    Enviolo NuVinci CVP Hub Overview

My n360 shifter turns easily on level ground and when standing still, but when going uphill it is extremely difficult to downshift. The guys at Evelo told me years ago that this is normal. I have to downshift before the incline. My next bike will have the Harmony transmission.

    Hello from Italy

Sorrento era la mia città preferita, anche se sono tutte bellissime. Prenditi il tuo tempo scegliendo una bici. Ti ringrazierai più tardi. 🙂

Harley's new electric bikes ! Very cool (and they are BICYCLES not "e-motorcycles")

Nice looking bikes, and lighter too. I have a feeling they will be pricey.

    Sad about last two rides.....

People who have dogs who are aggressive towards bikes or scooters have no business or right to bring them to places where they will encounter them. Yet some think they do. Others are just inconsiderate and rude, and sadly, they walk among us.

    Izip e3 Vibe control pad

The DP29 may be compatible, but maybe not. I would call iZip/Raleigh support for a definitive answer. Last time I called they had a pretty good support team.

    Limited Edition Aurora

That bike has all the right features, but it's just too darned heavy. Lifting mine onto the hitch rack is a real chore, even with the battery removed.

    Question for Aurora Owners

My Aurora is 4 years old now, and there have been a few changes made, but I will say that it is a very comfortable bike to ride. The front suspension and the added seat post suspension take bumps well. It could use a bit more fork support to prevent steering wobble , and it is very heavy at...

    Limited Edition Aurora

I would think Evelo would have told you they had an upcoming Aurora with new features in the works. Unfortunately, this happens with just about everything that uses technology, including TVs, phones, tablets, computers, etc. You've got a good bike there.

    Bike Seat

The seat angle can also make the difference between comfort and pain.

Step over or step through for men?

That’s exactly right. As you turn the wheel the weight could push the wheel off to the right bringing the bike down on you.

Step over or step through for men?

Here's a tip for easier mounting a top tube bike, that works well for me: Assuming you stand on the left side, squeeze the front brake, turn the handlebar 90 degrees to the right so you can keep both hands on it and lean the bike over towards you. Then swing your leg over the seat and top tube...
