Ultimate C380+ Water bottle cage location other than Seat Tube?

There is some power splitter behind motor cover, cable from this splitter goes from the left side of the motor to the bottom of the 2nd battery.

Can't turn off lights on Gazelle Ultimate T10+

And this is for the stock light, which is not very bright. I have it replaced with Supernova, which is brighter and will consume even more. Agree. I use blinking lights on my helmet during day (if there are not very bright outside). If it is bright day, I don't use any.

Are you riding only using throttle? I am trying to understand why the hate about pedal-assist bikes?

Another Prodigy Review - Prodigy XC

I see and share your frustration - this happens literally everywhere: cars, computers, phones, bikes, home appliances, etc and it is extremely difficult to resist - you can, but this is very time consuming process. I am doing this already with my computers and phones (buying only specific models...

Another Prodigy Review - Prodigy XC

Exactly same feeling from my side - I could care less about your interest only in "non-propitiatory" motors and other stuff. I responded here only because you shitted the pretty descent bike in your first comment here for no reason at all - all the complains you listed there is only yours and...

Another Prodigy Review - Prodigy XC

Well, this is you point of view. I personally explicitly bought bike without throttle since I want just a bicycle which rides faster and further, not the motorcycle, where I am just sitting and holding the throttle button. Pedaling/shifting gears is part of fun when riding and I simply don't...

Another Prodigy Review - Prodigy XC

None of the big mid-drive btanded motors (Boach, Brose, Yamaha, etc) have brake kill switches (even on bikes costing $10k+) and as was already mentioned you don't need them. Motors cuts off immediately as you stop pedalling (thanks to torque sensor and absence of throttle) and this is what you...

Kindernay VII IGH and HYSEQ Onesie shifter

Forgot to share oil refilling response I got from Kindernay: So looks like as was already shared above, 20mL is a current recommended volume. What I don't like is that it is not clear that 20mL is a right quantity from their web site. I.e. they are selling Velvet gear oil – 5 changes with...

    E-Horn?

Got it, thanks! I am trying not to touch the electrical part of my bike because Bosch generally don't like this. Hoping my LBS will do the wiring - waiting the confirmation from them. P.S. Confirmed with LBS that Busch + Müller E-Bike Horn should work fine with Bosch motor if connected to the...

    E-Horn?

Did you do this on Bosch-powered bike? Where exactly did you connect it? I think technically it is possible to just connect it in parallel to the front light, but I know Bosch doesn't like used-level modifications. Checking with my LBS if they can help me wiring Busch + Müller E-Bike Horn or...

Review of Gazelle 380+ Mid step

Stock light is just a day light, pretty useless in darkness. Had to replace it since didn't feel safe commuting after the sunset with stock light. Like the lupine light you choose and it is relatively affordable - I paid more for my Supernova M99 MINI PRO. However it really works well, so this...

Ultimate C380+ Water bottle cage location other than Seat Tube?

I have high-frame version of C380+ and after installation of dual-battery kit I also lost my cage mount space. Experimenting with the solution under the top tube: combination of https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08YYVJSKY and https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FQMJPBC. Not perfect but works...

Review of Gazelle 380+ Mid step

I got superniva mini pro light and using official Nyon mount from supernova to keep both together. They are nowhere to get in USA, so had to order from Europe. But it worth it 100% - very minimal and reliable setup!

    Kiox300 to Nyon2

Stephen, any plans for something Nyon-level for the smart system? I think feature-wise, Nyon still beats everything smart system offers.

Kindernay VII IGH and HYSEQ Onesie shifter

yes, this is what I see no, this is not the case. When I rotate sprocket/lockring clockwise holding the wheel what I get is torque arm on other size is rotating counter clockwise, so to tighten lockring I need to hold it in addition to the wheel. See video here...

Kindernay VII IGH and HYSEQ Onesie shifter

I was tightening the nut today and you know - I was not that wrong. When you take off the rear wheel (and this is needed if you want to use torque wrench) and try to tighten the sprocket nut you have to lock the torque arm (or sprocket). If you releasing this arm, you have to lock the sprocket...

Kindernay VII IGH and HYSEQ Onesie shifter

Yes, that's true. However you still need to lock the axle and it is not that convenient to do this using torque arm. Will get the socket on Friday and make sure the lock rind is properly tighten. Thanks again for the hint!

Kindernay VII IGH and HYSEQ Onesie shifter

Thanks! Mine is hex unfortunately, so less options, but I will look for one now. 2nd question is how you lock you rear sproket when tightening this one? Since I have a belt drive I ordered https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00UJXT7NE, but interesting to see what are you using for this.
