A replacement battery for my bike is $750-$850... Is anyone aware of where these batteries are available for less money?.. I...

What's the Best Electric Bike, or at Least Your Favorite!

I have a Haibike trekking 6.0 with Yamaha motor and my wife's bike is a Gazelle Easy Flow with Shimano Steps. The Gazelle is super easy to ride and shift as long as you remember to let off pedal pressure first and that's something that took my wife awhile to get used to. She loves the...

    ebike withdrawal

It's fine that this is turning into a "how to ride your ebike when it's cold outside" thread but that wasn't the intent. I'm sure many of you enjoy riding year round even in the snow with studded fat tires, toe and hand warmers, balaclava's etc. It's just not for me. I will ride in the upper...

What are YOUR reasons for owning an Additional Ebike ?

Sure, I'd like to have more ebikes. One strictly for road and one mtn bike and one hybrid type but this is an expensive hobby already (for me) and I have other expensive hobbies. Yes, if the climate here allowed for year round comfortable riding I'd probably be in deeper. I'm very happy with...

    ebike withdrawal

We enjoy winter sports too so it's not all that bad but yeah, it seemed like all of a sudden the bike riding weather just ended here. Last year there were some decent days to ride in Nov. but not this year.

I put on double the miles I would have ridden on my acoustic bike this summer, my first summer with an...

    Hydraulic rim brake issue

I gave up and brought it to the LBS.. Somehow the tech was able to get the pads closer to the rim. I didn't see any adjustment for that but they work great now. The pads were going to the rim and stopping just as they contacted the rim proviing almost zero braking force.. I still don't...
