My bikes were picked up from the port on the 30th. I was told to give them a few days after new years to unload the shipping containers at world depot. FedEx will pick it up and deliver it about 30 mins away so maybe by the end of the week!

Nothing wrong from buying it from biktrix, they got great customer support. My bike is coming in a week or so but I would imagine it would be a pain in the butt trying to get the bike in the back unless you had someone helping. Did you rule out a bike rack?
