Has anyone put their bike (La Free?) on its side in the back of a car?

There is no issue putting it inside a car on its side; it's a bicycle. There are no special precautions to take just because it is an e-bike. Just lay it with the drive side up. The only thing you really need to be careful of is if you remove the front wheel, try not to activate the front...

Greetings.I am new to all this,so i need a little help.I wnted to buy rear hub conversion kit,but i heard that the wheel dimension i have 37-590(26x1

Thank you for sharing a photo. It is much more modern than I would have thought. It should be possible to fit either a hub motor as the bike likely has more modern 135mm O.L.D., or a mid-drive as it has a "standard" threaded bottom bracket shell. The inclusion of linear pull brakes and aluminum...

Chain Drop To Outside Of Chain Ring When On Small Cog - Every Ride - Multiple Times - Brand New

Does the crankset/chainwheel run perfectly true? If you turn the crank and look at it from above, does the ring appear straight or does it snake from side-to-side? Is there any play or looseness in the bottom bracket/crank bearing?

    First Time Buyer

I'd go with the bike you can buy in a shop that will provide service should you need it, so the Aventon or Serfas. I have had good experiences with Serfas as a company, but it is their first e-bike. Aventon has been doing bikes longer...but e-bikes for not long. Either way, they're both Chinese...

    Best Bike Trailers for E-bikes?

I neither own or have experience with one, but this Wike Trailer on Amazon looks right to my eyes, with mostly aluminum construction. This one also looks good; it is steel so probably much heavier, but I like the taller sides and frame extending around the wheels. This also means it has normal...

    Carbon Wheel Build with Ebikemotion

I see carbon Mavic rims on their site, but perhaps not the same rims as on the Cosmic Pro. But there are plenty of carbon rim manufacturers out there to choose from.

Would you be buying from a dealer, or online? Who would service the bike; you or would you rely on a shop?

TREK POWERFLY SPORT 4 EQUIPPED or CUBE Kathmandu Hybrid Pro 500

Yes, but it will make the bike uglier. 😅 EDIT: to clarify, the only way you can raise the handlebars is to change the handlebars to one with more rise, or add a stem extender. Depending on how high you want the bars, it may also require replacement of control cables and/or hydraulic lines.

    Carbon Wheel Build with Ebikemotion

Not sure I understand you dilemma. You cannot just buy a normal set of wheel, because your bike has a hub motor, yes? So you would have to have a custom wheels built using carbon rims.

Hello and welcome. Wheel/tire size aside, I think a bigger issue is that your bicycle likely has relatively weak brakes, especially if they are side pull brakes. Also, rims of that size are typically low quality, which hampers braking power even more. Can you provide a photo of your bike...

    New Bike, What's First?

Don't know if you are referring to one on the bike or not, but everyone should have a good floor pump for maintenance inflation. I recommend the Pedros Prestige Pump which has a nice long hose and a dual-sided pump head. DO NOT get one with an automatic "smart" head (like the more expensive...

    116 vs 118 link chain

As long as the new shorter chain can still wrap around the large cog without pulling the derailleur cage too far forward there is no problem. I do not know what change you made to your derailleur; it should not be necessary to make any adjustment if only changing the chain. With the possible...

    Cloud 9 seats

Cloud 9 is a brand; they make probably over 20 different saddles. Which one is right for you depends. Regardless, C9 have two rails underneath, the most common type of system. So a C9 will fit an iGo bicycle.

Vado 4.0 2020 rear derailleur shifter

I realize a flailing bungee cord would not cause a limit screw to go out, but that does not mean it was properly set in the first place. Yes, that is what a hanger is supposed to do, but in an accident, things don't always go to plan.

Vado 4.0 2020 rear derailleur shifter

It is still hard to tell from the pics what if anything might be damaged. It appears the hanger is straight, but in a couple of photos the derailleur pulleys looks slightly out of alignment. But that could easily be the angle of your pic or lens distortion. It also looks like the high limit...
