In my case I took my bike to my dealer, she plugged it into the diagnostic computer made some changes, and poof everything worked.

I ended up buying one of each. I have an XM700+ and a PowerFly 8 FS. They are totally different animals. I put a 3" stem extension on my wife's XM. jeff

Also, do a google search for tweel, They tried this on the Segway and the different weights of riders made it impossible to get a good ride for all body types. jeff
