For the first link, as long as there is a hole at the front of the fender, I think it would work. I am not if this one extends long enough toward the end of the wheel though, it doesn't look as 180 degrees as SKS covers. I just measured that logo part. The part that says e-JOE, the entire logo part, 7 inch x (a tiny bit more than) 1 inch.

I just measured. The 'decal'able area is 13 inch x a bit more than 3.75 inch. The standard bumper sticker is 11.5 in x 3.75 in? If so, the bike size seems perfect. I might even try some! Do you know of good websites that sell good stickers?
