    Falco review…anyone?

Chris, thank you for your input. The reason I asked if anyone has experience with the Falco setup yet, is that I have 7 of the older (2005) Wavecrest Lab's Tidalforce ebikes that I ride. I wanted to compare the performance, since the engineers/engineering were involved with WC Tidalforce & even...

    Hello, From A2B!

JoePah….I've noticed many of these older Velociti's listed on eBay with dead or no batteries included at reduced costs. A shame this simple solution wasn't used on many of these batteries, instead of just purchasing a new & expensive battery. No doubt many were just thrown away. What is your...

    Hello, From A2B!

Yes Kyle, that is exactly what I did….for those with a Velociti or Metro battery that refuses to charge with the original stock charger, & having a voltage below 30v, you can bypass the BMS by charging the cells from the reverse connector. This happened to me when my brand new Velociti's (2010)...

    A2B article in Forbes Magazine

JoePah….I've got a few idea's, as my desire is to get this ebike to run @ least 25mph and upwards to 30+! The Falco upgrade too could work. http://www.falcoemotors.com/?page_id=1413 Or even find the A2B scooter 48v/800watt battery & hub to use on the Velociti frame. :)

    EVG ebike upgrades

Hello… I've got a few of these EVG ebikes. Focus on only the 36v versions, as you can continue to use the stock controller and upgrade them by using lithium poly battery packs to around 46v's, as 50v's will work, though it heats up the controller. I've used the HobbyKing NanoTech 22.2v/8ah +...

    Falco review…anyone?

So, has anyone purchased the "kit" or a complete ebike setup using the Falco hub and or battery? My interest would be the 1,500 watt version using a battery in the 48+v range voltage using a single 11t rear chainring & a 53t front. http://www.falcoemotors.com http://www.falcoemotors.com...

    Hello, From A2B!

Hello Kyle…I've got a 2010 A2B Velociti that I purchased from an auction when Best Buys got out of the ebike business. The battery would not take a charge, so I received a sizable refund, and I then proceeded to reverse charge it above 30v so the original included 36v charger could do it's...

    A2B article in Forbes Magazine

JoePah… I'm starting to notice my 4'ish year old rear mounted battery on the '10 Velociti getting weaker. I intend to parallel a 46v range Lithium battery pack, or have the original battery case rebuilt using 18650 lithium cells for around 46v output. This way I can get the speed up to around...

    A2B article in Forbes Magazine

Great review by Jason....I too still ride a 2010 A2B Velociti, though with the 26" wheels. I just happened to be at the right place & time to bid on it when Best Buys went out of the ebike business (OCT 2012) via an online auction. The price was so good I couldn't refuse. It currently has...
