Ive got a pace 350 with 2700 miles on it. Done routine maintenance like brake pads and new brake cable. Otherwise rides great my issue is with the motor. After 2 years riding it seems to take longer to accelerate to top speed. My wifes pace which is new seems to jump to top speed. I havent lost...

I dont know if the 500 is legal on long island. To be honest ive only seen a few ebikes here and dont know what class they were.

Havent purchased one yet. This corona virus has put me on hold. Ill be purchasing online. There aren't any local shops that i know of on the island that sell them.
