I note you imported the bike, but have you contacted the dealer you bought it from re your issues? If you start poking into it yourself you will void any warranty.

As I have mentioned in several threads I have a KMC X10e EPT on a SDURO Fullnine RC with over 7000k on it & still running fine. Been used 80% off road too.

Any chain will wear out quicker if you leave grinding paste on it.

I'd be curious to know how it compared with the latest Haibike model of the same spec

If you fitted a larger diameter cassette, the chain may now be too short. Sorry, misunderstood. You've replaced the original Shimano XT durailleur with a SRAM EX1

Not quite, you don't have the front derailleur & second chainring. Still trying to understand what the problem is from your description. It's unlikely something would wear out in only two hrs of riding unless you've been very aggressive. Sounds more like an adjustment issue of the rear derailleur.

That would apear to be an inner chaining

If it's a trekking it should have a carrier, so why try and hang something on the bars.

Mine is adjusted down flat on the stem. I've had a few tumbles without knocking it.

Well I made the change. SRAM X0 2x10-Spd Grip Shifter Set SRAM GX Type 2.1 10-Spd Long Cage Rear Derailleur Only issue I had making the change was lining up the derailleur. Finished up having to remove the hanger to make it work. They work good, but getting used to them is another thing.

If you have the same system on the rear wheel, copy that. Sorry that wont work, just realised you have a Suntour fork. Just follow the last part of that video, it relates to your setup.

I use Squirt lubricant & the chain doesn't need cleaning. Every 100k I give the chain & sprockets a good brush to remove the dust. Then apply more squirt. Currently up to 7500k on one chain.

You would need the computer programing software that the manufacturers use, for that.

Thanks Court, I'm sure that will help a few people out. I've got that display set-up on a Fullnine in New Zealand and the walk mode does work over here. But it's not much use as it's almost impossible to push the button with gloves on. Much better button on the later PW-X

Try it and see. I'd be surprised if it makes any difference.

Wouldn't that tend to half your cutout speed.

I recon that was the better choice of the two. I was surprised at the difference in price. In NZ that would have been at least a grand.
