Don't feel you are on your own. My wife & I both have Haibikes & I wouldn't let go the bars on either of them.

I have the same issue with mine, but I have the Click'R pedals which are fairly bulky.

You're onto it. People get so used to power assisted riding. When it's no longer there it does feel like riding up a hill.

Got two Haibike SDURO Fullnine RC's here. Both still have the stock Sram PG 1020 11-36. One has 4500k other 8000k. No visible sign of wear. Still working well.

It may fit, but may not have the shifting ramps on the teeth.

Just reviving this thread. As yet I still haven't found a suitable chainring for my SDURO Fullnine. This is a 44 tooth 104 BCD 2x10 speed. I'm told it is the same as: FSA Comet WA341 X-10 104 44t These appear occasionally on ebay but never available from my location. I can get a Shimano Deore LX...

I think you will find the battery life to be similar to a laptop or mobile phone.
