    Dead quiet.

I believe that the assist levels can be changed from 1 through 5 to 1 through 9, I did this on my Rockstar it was easy to change. There's a video on YouTube showing how it can be done.

I just ordered a new set of mirrors that should be a big improvement. You really do need to see what's going on behind for safety. These are non typical for bikes which are usually fixed in place bar mounts or end of the handlebar kind. These are folding mirrors meant for a dual sport motor...

It's about 6 and a quarter inches long which really close to 16 centimeters. This is a Leatherman scale

That's pretty darned fast for a Rover, I don't know how long could stay there.

I ordered an Aventon Aventure yesterday as a second Family bike because I want other people to ride with me. It's a small Medium step through.

The truth is to get extended range you need to reduce power consumption. As time goes by the body will be able handle more of the load.

I'm been having some fun riding around mostly on side streets that lead to bike/ walking trails. Lately I've been trying to increase my range by staying off of the throttle and setting pedal assist to about 40 percent power. A few days ago I rode about 38 miles on a single ride. When I got...

Sounds good, keep us updated on the suspension. Something I found out yesterday is that I can keep up with traffic in residential neighborhoods, I can easily do 25-30 mph.

I I don't know that much about about the shocks except to say that I don't like the way they perform I think they should be upgraded to where they can offer a better Off road experience. I'll be looking at suggestions from people that know what to do with them. My current update is that I've...

The tail light is called Xlite I got it for about 17 bucks, the headlight is called Shenkey it was around 22 bucks. I got them both on Ebay but I'm sure you can get them on Amazon. They are both USB rechargeable, they both work good.

Could the Aventure be a Rad Rover killer?

I agree with your assessment between the two ebikes, integrated batteries look Way better and are more protected than a strap on plastic box That looks like it was put there as an afterthought. Better brakes, more power, no need for upgrades because the original parts Fall short of what is...

It sounds like you made a wise choice in getting a decent bike. A Sondors ebike won't go much over 30 mph with throttle since they put a canbus tune on it to make it a bit tamer, that's OK with me for now. I slso need to tune my suspension better It doesn't feel like it's doing as much as it...

Of course I do, once it's up there it doesn't really need to be downshiifted unless going up a steep incline.

Hey Taylor, how are you liking your ebike? I know it took forever and a day to get a Rockstar, but overall I'd say that I'm happy with what I got.

I suppose one can never have enough protection. Funny you say that, I bought a large heavy duty cable for locking it up, it was like 3/4's of an inch thick for only 10 bucks, such a great deal. When I took it out of the packaging I realized that the locking mechanism was only made out of...

I've only started riding ebikes since this Tuesday but I've been riding it every day. I might not be doing it right, so far I'm mostly riding it around in high gear and using alot of assist to keep it going at a fairly decent speed. I think that the lag isn't noticeable at all when doing it...

It vibrates when you change the settings on the computer. It's really handy to have turned on. If you ask me 20 is an average cruising speed and it's nice to be able to go beyond that every now and then, you will see. It will already do that without unlocking it.

Yesterday I unlocked the throttle, put the settings on vibrate and increased the power levels from 5 to 9. It was easy to do just by watching the YouTube video. Overall it might have a little bit more speed but it was hardly noticeable. The way I've been riding it by using lots of maximum...

Lectric XP 2.0 w/ Thorough Review (link @ the beginning of the post)

Waiting for ebikes is kind of the new normal. I just got a Sondors Rockstar last week after ordering it over 8 months ago. The 2.0 looks like a really nice affordable Ebike, I'm considering placing an order on one of them.
