What pressure do you keep the tubolito's at? I can be convinced to change out the Tannus inserts if the tubes really are more resistant to punctures. I'd rather hear it from you than the Tubo folks.

I think I'll just make a bracket that will fold over the front and rear of the kickstand, as well as over the chainstays. Combine that with a new lock washer and gobs of loktite and it should solve the problem. I'll post photos of the top bracket once I finish it.

I've been using Shimano Hyperdrive cranks on my build and I've never had a problem with them coming loose. I always have to use a crankset extractor to remove the cranks as they're on the square taper quite solidly. I just did it again yesterday when I changed from a 42T front ring to a 44T.
