RadMission 1 Standard 14 Ah battery compatibility?

Thats typical for Rad. Contact Rad only if you have warranty issue or absolutely want to buy stock parts from them. Otherwise you got zero usefull information from that source 🙂 Answers to your question is Yes, you can use 14Ah stock Rad battery on Mission.

Serious controller kit 40A 60v for G062 motor upgrade.

Yes. I've done and tested most of the common upgrades in the past. 1000w motor maybe not so widely popular among people on this forum... Although the G062.1000 motor is much much better performer than G060.750. 60v battery, this controller kit and G062.1000 motor is as big step up in...

Serious controller kit 40A 60v for G062 motor upgrade.

Need for speed and power? Next order is going in for the 40A 48-60v battery compatible L10 kits. Battery connector xt90 male. With this controller you can choose to use either 48v, 52v or 60v battery (or maybe upgrade higher voltage later). This is the one for G062.1000w motor (L10 connector)...

    Bafang 750w Motor Upgrade

Yes G062 comes in 750&1000w versions. I've seen both with z916 and L10 connectors. Also they come in at least 2 turn count (KV) versions. Faster is ~8.9rpm/volt. Not sure the exact KV of the slower one.

    Bafang 750w Motor Upgrade

Yes I took a calculated risk with this cooling solution. The L10 has thermocouple wire in it. None of the Bafang hubs has that sensor in though. Hope you get the L10 version. You should get controller side female L10 pig tail connectror also in that motor package.

    Bafang 750w Motor Upgrade

I will be getting more controller kits later. I can inform when I know the date. I have shipped these Europe/USA/Canada etc. G062 motors are available both z916 and L1019 (aka L10) connectors. L1019 has douple the current capability. Yes, Mobil 28 is very good too.

    Bafang 750w Motor Upgrade

Just under 3000w. Over 1000 Miles with current setup. You need good greasing (I use SHC100). Motor is vented for bit of extra cooling + for IR temp readout.

    Bafang 750w Motor Upgrade

Im running vented G062.1000.DC with 60v 120A continous 24Ah battery and 45A+ custom controller. Big torque! 0-25mph ~3.5sec topspeed over 42mph.

What is your max wattage seen on The Sw900 screen? Screen locked for setting or not?

    Bafang 750w Motor Upgrade

More current (amps) for more torque.

    Bafang 750w Motor Upgrade

Yes. 20x4" wheel matches close to 24x1.95 when near upper end recommend pressure. You can use GPS app (accurate ennough) to verify best wheel size setting. Not saying setting 24" is exactly matching but may be the closest of options. Very likely this may be your only "problem".

    Bafang 750w Motor Upgrade

Ok, you have smaller wheels. That changed things a little. Wheel size setting for 20x4 is 23 to 24". Then correct no load speed for 20" 6 turn G062 motor is ~53km/h. What bike do you have and is that stock for that bike?

    Bafang 750w Motor Upgrade

Ok. Wheels size is? Can you change relevant settings on sw900? Stock motor was what?

    Bafang 750w Motor Upgrade

In simulator change the motor KV to 8.9rpm/volt and test custom battery 54v (full 48v battery).

    Bafang 750w Motor Upgrade

No. Not stock motor. Fast laced G062.1000.D 6 motor is 8.9rpm/V and does approx 40mph unloaded. Real topspeed is annother thing and depends on controller and battery + other. My Rhino with this motor does 80km/h no load (60v battery) and 42+mph (68 km/h) real topspeed.

    Bafang 750w Motor Upgrade

You have Rover? That no load speed is way less than it should. For Rover it should be ~65km/h (FULL 48V battery). Can you show your display/controller settings? If you have all the stock parts (torque arm & torque washer) in place The wheel should not come off easily. Im using spanner to tighten...

    New Rad Rover 6

Yeah. We will see eventually. Personally I dont mind. I'm already owner of 2017 Rhino (not many stock parts left though 😁).

    New Rad Rover 6

The biggest problem with proprietary key components is that you are stuck with Rad and these parts being out of stock for weeks or months. So even if you have bike with warranty left you might be waiting for your part forever. Then as few years pass those parts may not be available at all.
