The bike has covered over 6000 km using the dongle so maybe the sensor has just worn out? It is in a shop having a new sensor put on

Once dongle is slid off the sensor and original magnet put on wheel there is no way of telling the dongle was ever used! No wires have been tampered with

Hi, I have an orbea keram 2017 model. It has the Shimano steps motor and I've had no problems at all with it. I have been using the badass bike dongle on it for about a year with no problems at all and now the speedo is shooting up and down in speeds,from 3km to 99.9km then just drops to zero...
