Yes, see page 28 of your instruction manual. Your LBS should be able to order the rack that is supplied with the EQ models.

I live in the KC area and had no problems test riding a Trek Verve 3+ and a Specialized Vado 5 SL. At both LBS's they encouraged me to do so.

Here's my Vado SL 5 EQ. Have not done much yet except swap out the tires. I wanted something more suitable for gravel trails. The stock EQ tire was fine but better suited for pavement.

My Vado 5 SL EQ was in the shop Thursday for new tires. The motor firmware update was also done. No issues other than the TCD had to be paired again. I rode it for 17 miles the next day with no problems.

That's where I got my Vado SL 5 EQ. It was in stock. I was in both KC stores yesterday. They has SL's and non-SLs but not sure what sizes. Barry, I know you said you have long legs and arms. I have a 36" inseam and my shirts sleeves are 37". The large frame fit me just fine but YMMV.

The LBS that carries Specialized in KC is a chain-Erik's Bike and Board. There are 2 stores in KC and they share stock.

They (the Vado 4 & 5 SLs) aren't available online but you can search LBS stock on the Specialized site. I live in the KC area and there are a few 4 and 5 SLs here. I was sold on my Vado 5 SL when I took it for a spin on my local bike trail. Hope you find something close to your home.

My Vado 5 SL display has the odometer mileage in large text and small font “odo” below. With my display there looks to be room for 4 digits. So I guess my odometer will turn over at 10,000 miles.
