    Happy wife, Happy Life!

I'd like to ride where I could get some lobster rolls. Nice conversion that seems to have served her well over the years.

2023 - Our Rides in Words, Photos, Maps and Videos

I like the blue chains. They must provide great traction. 🚲 We had that heat here a few weeks back. But we drove to it in Eastern Washington last week where it was a tad hotter than that. I don't like heat!

We had that happen out in Seattle last summer and the summer before. Hunkering down is the safest plan even if you have good lungs. Those fine particulates can penetrate deep into the lungs and don't naturally clear out. Best for clearing skies.

    Creo not turning on

You might want to try a factory reset but you might lose your settings and pairings. There may be a less drastic reset/reboot but I'm not sure. You could try holding them both but for not as long??? Good luck

That almost looks as uncomfortable as an ill-fitting saddle!

How to fill battery bolt holes on Specialized Creo after removing battery?

How hard was it to remove the battery? And do you think realigning those holes will be easy enough for reversing the process? I was just talking with a friend and mentioning flying with the bike requires removing the main battery.

How to fill battery bolt holes on Specialized Creo after removing battery?

Some shoe goo or similar thicker silicone caulk or glue. But one that does not cure hard so you can punch it out later.

@Stefan Mikes "I really cannot understand you Kahn! The sign is in Polish. At least I could understand it at the first sight! :) Translated to English, it reads: "Only legal e-bikes allowed. Chargeride stay out!" :D" Finally, I understand. Thanks for the translation. :) Keep on riding and...

Immensely. Absolutely clear as mud. So, why did they post that sign in Polish? :)

She's quite the trooper, I'd say. Now, I am not sure that I can translate the meaning of that sign and its potential double negative. Non-Pedal assist NOT permitted.... Does that mean NO throttle? Or what the H%LL does that mean?

Today's epic (epic for me) 45 mile ride in Eastern Washington. Cle Elum to Thorp and back in an elongated loop. It warmed to mid 80's (27C) to low 90's. Thorp Fruit and Antique Mall Grabbed the following from Google (g) I presume the car had some damage, too. Thorp Cemetery and Mt...

    Happy wife, Happy Life!

I have a custom stainless steel bike. Looks terrific with contrasting areas of matte and shiny steel with logo and tubing alternating that affect. Rides like a solid steel girder. No flex, no absorption. I got it as a replacement for a regular wonderful riding custom "regular" steel tubing...

    Question on 'dropped chain'?

I really don't think a chain should pop off merely rolling the bike backwards or even back pedaling. I think a shop should take a look at it and check chain length and alignments.

help me with my Turbo Vado "buyer's remorse"

Have you ridden the Creo? If you can find one to rent for a day or a week, I'd suggest going that route and see if the Creo's geometry meets your needs. Every road bike is slightly different and it might not match what you have in your other models. At my age and with my neck I am rarely...
