You might consider selling it for parts. The Brose motor and display are definitely in short supply. Last time I checked eBay there were very few motors and zero displays for sale.

I found this on another forum. Turn off bike. Hold power button till it comes back on and it will take you to the code screen. Input 2020 as the code.

My question for Rize would be, ……”when does the warranty for the battery start?” If it already started, and you can’t use the battery because you don’t have the correct cable, then you certainly should be pissed.

Charging you a restocking fee is utter BS.
