My guess is a loose spoke. Try pinching them together in pairs near where they cross. If it one is rubbing and moving against another you might even be able to recreate the noise by moving them against each other. I had a bike years ago that made a very similar sound and after tearing my hair...

The website's delivery estimates have proven to more than a bit ambitious. If you do decide to order one, you should be prepared to wait two or three months. I know it sounds cynical, but that seems to be their MO.

Without getting in to real electrical theory, on an ebike amp-hours translate roughly into distance, voltage translates into speed. In an "all other things being equal" scenario, the bike with the higher voltage battery will be faster.

...And the fact that they only offer 36 volt batteries. If there was a 48V version I would buy it immediately.
