Rich, not sure how much you know of Backroads but for newbies/ lazy folks like me they are great. They design the itinerary, book accommodation, arrange meals, curate your drop-off and pick-up points, drop & pick up travelers and their bikes, escort you while you are riding, fix any problems...

All I was wondering if there are other companies like Backroads that arrange group tours using bikes. While backroads has now started offering electric bikes, I was wondering if there are other options. Eg Europe has a few companies that offer biking holidays/ tours on Riese & Muller bikes.

I don’t think I have a strong preference for cadence vs torque sensor. Main requirement is < 65 lbs, upright, class 3, really good front fork (some people have called NYC roads worse than unpaved trails) and general high quality bike.
